Client goal identification and guidance
We like to start by understanding our new client’s needs and the goals they want to attain with the new website. Will the future website be an Ecommerce, a real estate website, an engineering website with project management system and projects portfolio or an all-in-one business process management solution... We also need to learn our new client’s ideas about color charts, content, photos, website inspiration, etc.
Research on market and competition
Once we better understand what our new client's business, wants and goals then we research their market and competition to compare what our client has and how to make the new website better (design, UX, ranking, etc.).
Scope and timeline definition
When we have the full scope of the project we give the client a precise quote and a timeline with milestone delivery.
Site map and wireframe creation
As soon as we enter the project on our working schedule, we deploy the site map and the wireframe of the website as a standalone or on the chosen CMS platform, design the theme and create the pages.
Content transfer and visual creation
Once the platform or the wireframe are deployed, we transfer and improve the content (for SEO and UX purpose) from the old website or provided documentation.
Revision, UX testing and launch
When the overall website design is completed, as well as the agreed upon content transfer, we present the new website to its owner, we discuss the changes and revisions to be made. Finally, we test the website for UX and check all calls to action then when the client approves we launch the website.
Site maintenance and guarantee
